Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

 

If any item has been damaged upon delivery and you wish to return or exchange your items, we offer a 5 day window from the date of delivery. Please email our customer service department with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and any relevant photographs to assist us in resolving the issue swiftly.

Upon receiving the damaged item and verifying its condition, we will promptly process your refund or replacement request. If you prefer a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

​Please ensure that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags on.  For valid damaged item returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please note, If you choose to exchange the damaged item for another, the customer will be responsible for shipping of the exchanged item.
